BEHAbelt EErgo plate welding tool for PU and TPE profiles
When a round belt needs to be replaced, it is not always possible to disassemble the machine, which makes it crucial to be able to weld the belt directly on site. The EErgo paddle welding tool n enables fast and efficient welding on the machine, reducing both downtime and costs. To achieve a strong and durable joint that extends the life of the belt, it is essential to choose the right tool. The EErgo paddle welding tool n ensures precise and durable welds of PU and TPE profiles, even under demanding conditions, supporting stable operation and minimizing production stops.

EErgo paddle welding tool – efficient welding of smaller profiles
The EErgo paddle welding tool n is designed for welding round belts up to Ø12 mm, V-belts up to 10 x 6 mm (z-profile) and PU flat belts (with EErgo 90). With variable temperature settings you can adjust the temperature precisely to the material you are working with, ensuring optimal welding quality and service life. Paddle Welding Tool n is equipped with a 60 mm welding plate that maintains a stable and constant temperature during prolonged use, resulting in uniform joints.

EErgo is also available in a variant with a 90 mm welding plate, which is particularly suitable for welding PU flat belts. If you need this model, please contact us - we can provide it on request.

Pruning
The ends of the V-belt are cut at a 90 degree angle using BEHAbelt 's angle pliers AS02.

Step 2. get std loan
The clamps, e.g. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, are mounted on the ends of round belts to ensure correct fixation during welding.

Step 3. welding
The ends are welded together, e.g. using. BEHAbelt 's EErgo paddle welding tool or BEHAbelt 's Multi TC welding tool. TPE profiles are welded at a temperature of 240°C and PU profiles are welded at a temperature of 290°C. Clamps can be removed when the material has cooled down.

Step 4. cooling
After the ends of round belts have been fused together and the material has cooled down, remove any bead at the splice, using BEHAbelt SE02 edge cutter or sharp knife. The expected cooling time is about 5-10 minutes. Shorten any cooling time by placing the belt under cold water.
