EErgo paddle welding tool – for welding smaller profiles
The included EErgo plate paddle welding tool is designed for welding round belts up to Ø12 mm in diameter and V-belts up to 10 x 6 mm (z-profile). With its variable temperature setting, you can easily adapt the temperature to the material you are working with. Paddle Welding Tool maintains a stable and constant temperature, even during prolonged use, ensuring a uniform, high-quality weld.

FZ01 Fixing clamps – for positioning during welding

BEHA AS02 scissors (with stop) is a specially designed tool for precise cutting of PU and TPE round belts with a diameter of up to 12 mm. The scissors are equipped with a 90° cut and an integrated stop, which guarantees an accurate and uniform cut on the ends of the belts before welding. AS02 ensures that each cut is perpendicular, which is essential for achieving a strong and durable joint. The integrated stop function also prevents accidental shortening of the belt. Pruning
The ends of the V-belt are cut at a 90 degree angle using BEHAbelt 's angle pliers AS02.

Step 2. get std loan
The clamps, e.g. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, are mounted on the ends of round belts to ensure correct fixation during welding.

Step 3. welding
The ends are welded together, e.g. using. BEHAbelt 's EErgo paddle welding tool or BEHAbelt 's Multi TC welding tool. TPE profiles are welded at a temperature of 240°C and PU profiles are welded at a temperature of 290°C. Clamps can be removed when the material has cooled down.

Step 4. cooling
After the ends of round belts have been fused together and the material has cooled down, remove any bead at the splice, using BEHAbelt SE02 edge cutter or sharp knife. The expected cooling time is about 5-10 minutes. Shorten any cooling time by placing the belt under cold water.
