FBWSGNR001 - Behabelt Welding kit med taske

Description

FBWSGNR005 welding kit with storage bag:
In some cases, it is not possible to disassemble an application when a round belt needs to be replaced, and it may therefore be necessary to be able to service the belt on site - directly on the machine. Our FBWSGNR005 welding kit contains everything you need to be able to weld a round belt on site, minimizing time-consuming downtime and the costs associated with this. The lifespan of a round belt depends on the quality of its splice and it is therefore essential to use the right tool when welding a round belt, so that it has the right conditions to last as long as possible and to transmit the most power possible.

We offer a wide range of different welding tools for joining round belts , sold separately or as a complete set. Try our FBWSGNR001 welding set, which contains all the elements needed to weld an open round belt together. Complete set for welding TPE profiles up to Ø 12mm (25/64 inch).

FBWSGNR005 welding set tip holder:
- 1 pc. SG03 paddle welding tool (Only for TPE belts)
- 2 pcs. FZ01 fixing clamps
- 1 piece SE02 edge cutter
- 1 pc. Holder for paddle welding tool

- 1 pc. Storage bag

SG03 paddle welding tool - suitable for TPE profiles
The SG03 paddle welding tool , included in the kit, uses heat to weld the ends of the belt together. The piston heats the ends until they melt, forming the joint. For optimal welding, a temperature of 240°C (range 215–245°C) is recommended. The piston and clamps are also available separately in different variants to accommodate belts of different materials, thicknesses and widths.

Features:
- Easy and safe operation
- Fixed, unregulated temperature setting
- Optimal welding temperature after about 10 minutes
- Small, practical and robust welding tool
- No adhesion of PU and TPE materials due to the Teflon-coated welding surface
- Easy to clean with a cloth

Alternative tools are also offered for joining round belts , such as metal joints for joining hollow round belts or the RS02 friction welding machine, which joins the belt via friction. Please note that metal joints do not achieve the same strength as a welded joint.

Technical specifications:
- Voltage: 230 V AC

- Frequency: 50/60 Hz
- Power: 75 W
- Warm-up time: Approximately 8-10 minutes
- Dimensions: 295 x 35 x 25 mm
- Weight: Approximately 0.25 kg
- Welding temperature: 240°C (215–245°C)

FZ01 Fixing clamps – for positioning the belt during welding
Clamps are necessary for fixing round belts during and after welding, as the clamps secure the two ends to be welded. The clamps can be used on all standard PU and TPE round belts up to Ø10 mm and V-belts up to 10x6 mm (Z-profile). The ends of the belt are secured with the clamps, after which the ends are heated with paddle welding tool . After this, paddle welding tool is removed and the hot ends are pressed/held together by the clamps. The clamps can be removed as soon as the material has cooled down.

Dimensions: 127 x 70 x 35 mm.
Weight: approximately 140 kg.
Material: Plastic.

SE02 Edge cutter - for cutting off excess material after welding:
The SE02 edge cutter makes it easy to give your welding a professional and neat result. It is designed to quickly and effectively remove excess material and small irregularities that may occur after welding.
Its specially designed blade makes it easy to remove beads and excess molten material, resulting in a smooth and even weld. This not only ensures a beautiful finish, but also ensures that the belt functions perfectly when mounted on the machine. The edger is easy to use and fits well in the hand, allowing you to work comfortably, no matter the size of the job. A practical and essential tool for anyone who wants flawless results.

Storage bag - for protection and storage
The storage bag is designed to make it easy to store and transport your welding equipment. It protects the tool from damage and wear, while keeping it organized. The bag ensures that your BEHAbelt EErgo welding set remains in good condition, so you can enjoy it for many years. The practical storage bag also makes it easier to take the equipment with you when you are on the go, and contributes to efficiency and protection during transport. Dimensions of the bag: 28 x 29 x 5 mm

Pruning
The ends of the V-belt are cut at a 90 degree angle using BEHAbelt 's angle pliers AS02.

Step 2. get std loan
The clamps, e.g. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, are mounted on the ends of round belts to ensure correct fixation during welding.

Step 3. welding
The ends are welded together, e.g. using. BEHAbelt 's EErgo paddle welding tool or BEHAbelt 's Multi TC welding tool. TPE profiles are welded at a temperature of 240°C and PU profiles are welded at a temperature of 290°C. Clamps can be removed when the material has cooled down.

Step 4. cooling
After the ends of round belts have been fused together and the material has cooled down, remove any bead at the splice, using BEHAbelt SE02 edge cutter or sharp knife. The expected cooling time is about 5-10 minutes. Shorten any cooling time by placing the belt under cold water.
