ConCar V-belts
ConCar V-belts are a solid choice for common and demanding V-belt drives where a stable, reliable and affordable transmission belt is needed. A V-belt works by friction between the sides of the belt and the V-groove of the pulley, and the V-shaped profile helps to keep the belt correctly positioned in the pulley during operation. This provides efficient power transmission in everything from small machines and workshop equipment to agricultural machinery, fans, pu , compressors and other industrial plants.
ConCar V-belts are available in several different profiles, so that the belt can be selected according to pulley, load, speed and space requirements. The classic ConCar V-belts are typically used in traditional V-belt drives, where a robust and simple solution is desired. Narrow V-belts are often used where higher power transmission is needed in a smaller space, while Cogged V-belts and timing narrow V-belts are suitable for smaller pulley diameters and operations where extra flexibility is an advantage. The teeth on the inside make the belt more flexible, without it functioning as a timing belt – the power is still transmitted through the side contact in the pulley.
In this category you will find ConCar V-belts in many common profiles and lengths. The range includes, among other things, classic V-belts in Z, A, B, C and D profiles, narrow V-belts in SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC profiles as well as timing narrow V-belts in XPZ, XPA, XPB and XPC profiles. Depending on the type, the belts can be supplied as fabric-wrapped V-belts or as Raw-Edge belts with timing undersides. This makes it possible to find a belt that is suitable for both older machines, standard belt drives and more compact or loaded installations.
When choosing a ConCar V-belt, it is important to check the profile, length and any measurements of the existing belt. Many V-belts may be marked with inner length, effective length or outer length, and therefore two belts with almost the same measurements may be indicated differently.
