CX v-belts - 22x14 MM

A CX V-belt is a one-piece, V-shaped transmission belt that combines high flexibility with strong traction. Its operation is based on friction, specifically the friction that occurs in the wedge. These CX profile V-belts are made of robust EPDM rubber reinforced with fiberglass. This combination ensures efficient belt traction, as the shape of the belt holds it correctly in the pulley.

We offer a wide range of PIX X'tra ® V-belts in CX profile. This timing narrow V-belt has dimensions of 22 millimeters in width and 14 millimeters in height. The teeth on the belt make it particularly suitable for smaller pulley diameters. PIX X'tra ® V-belts in CX profile are designed for drive systems with linear speeds of up to 42 m/sec. They are typically used in compressors, pu , fans, generators, heat exchangers and other industrial drive systems. A significant advantage of the CX profile is that it is maintenance-free and does not require retensioning after installation.

PIX X'tra ® V-belts comply with the relevant ISO & DIN standards. We stock them in standard sizes. PIX X'set® V-belts in CX profile are resistant to temperature fluctuations from -25°C to +100°C. Thanks to the EPDM robust material, they also have high oil and heat resistance and antistatic properties. These CX V-belts comply with the REACH and RoHS directives and are in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC-Atex.
